Tuscany, crushing the grapes

                                       


Tuscany, in chianti region, crushing the grapes after the grape harvest in October. 



The de-stalking machine separates the berries from the green part and then slightly crushes the berries. After that, the wine juice goes through the red tube into the stain steal fermenting vats and the stalks are gathered to be used as natural fertilizer.
